Construction of a new 400mm dia. PVC and 500mm dia. HDPE raw water intake pipe from Wabigoon Lake (Flat Rock Low Lift Station) to the WTP on Wilde Street c/w valves, air release valves and chambers, restoration of roads, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks and curbs.
